After upgrade to 1.4.0 it is necessary to uninstall and reinstall

Strange behavior after upgrade from 1.3.1 to 1.4.0:

• board tells me that it is a fresh install
• I run a complete scan
• board is completely blank and it is impossibile to modify or create a new board a there is not UI visible
• only way out was uninstall and new install

Not a big problem, but a bit uneasy.

Thank you for reporting this. Actually, I came across this issue recently, since I have made some changes to the tag color settings hence the issue has spawned. Read more here : #237

But would like to ask for this specific thing. Did the plugin asked you to re-run the scan vault feature after you upgraded the plugin from 1.3.1 to 1.4.0. This shouldnt happen, as the 'Scan your vault ...' screen is only shown on a fresh install ?

It asked me to do a rescan after upgrade, and this it would not be a problem, but after rescan UI for boards was completely blank, so I was forced to do a fresh install as there was no other way to get back some UI to manage boards

This issue has been resolved and it should work properly while upgrading from old versions to new latest version v1.4.2 by also preserving the old tag colors.
