Problem to solve

currently de Highlight component, does not ignore accent on chars (unlike Ctrl+F in most broswers)

Proposed solution

Having either a a param ignoreAccents or a param to compare texts (the second method would allow the user to compare even other ways than accents, like if they want to have 'E' being highlighted when '3' is searched)
