System architecture

Integration kernel — synchronize

Repository phase synchronization. Computes Euler closure defect and pairwise tensions across 5 repositories (agent, canon, demo, desktop, metatime).

Orbital runtime — orbital_bridge

Orbital pass (20 steps). Returns: coherence_index, system_health, closure_penalty, EBA gate state (non-local memory), metrics for 20 entity sectors. Includes: orbital state reduction, orbital bridge pass, GitHub coupling sync.

Orbital bridge — ciel_pipeline

CIEL/Ω engine: intention → waves → emotions → ethics → memory → Lie₄ → Collatz.
Returns: dominant_emotion, ethical_score, soul_invariant, subconscious_note.

Sapiens integration layer — GUI

Portal at localhost:5050. Subsystems: orbital state viewer, memory portal, consolidator, intentions.

Role in the ecosystem

CIEL-_SOT_Agent is the integration layer between theory (CIEL/0) and live orbital state. It connects: ciel-omega-demo (demo), canon, desktop, metatime repos.

Operational flow

Reduction chain: repositories → orbital state → orbital bridge → CIEL/Ω → memory. Each session leaves a holonomic trace. The bridge reduction accumulates geometric phase.

Structural entities (high defects by definition)

• ent_infinikolaps defect ~0.34 — axiom L0: R(S,I) < 1 always. Full closure forbidden.
