Anabiosis is a high-performance system enhancement tool dedicated to faithfully recreating the Windows Vista Start experience on Windows 11.
Unlike simple skinning apps, Anabiosis focuses on native integration and hardware-accelerated rendering to ensure that the iconic "Glass" aesthetics feel like a built-in part of the modern OS.
Current Progress: Authentic Windows Vista Start Menu rendering on Windows 11 with different background pictures.

- Objective: Transition the Start Orb rendering from GDI/GDI+ (used for testing) to Direct2D for authentic Aero effects.
- Objective: Restore the classic hover and click behaviors unique to the Vista-style button.

- System Interaction & Context Menus: Transforming all taskbar-related right-click menus and Jump Lists into the Aero visual style.
