Recruiting looks like a sourcing problem. It is actually a signal-detection problem. The cost is information asymmetry between candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers. AI agents collapse that cost by orders of magnitude. That is what I build.
Architecture principle: serverless-first, zero-infra-cost where possible, AI-agent-native from day one.
