docs: Project Dashboard: Updated members page docs

This PR updates the docs to reflect the new UI:

• Access: Updated path to Dashboard tab → Members (was a standalone Members tab)
• New: Participant filter section (filter by annotators and/or model versions)
• New: Performance tab structure — Annotations and Reviews sub-tabs, Export button, Needs Attention banner
• Updated: Annotation Summary table — new/renamed columns (Submitted, Agreement, Acceptance Score, Fix + Accepted, Lead Time columns, GT Agreement, Last Active), removed Review Score and Annotation Progress
• New: Review Summary table with reviewer-specific metrics
• New: Performance by Dimension section — per-control-tag scores with GT or peer comparison mode
• Updated: Agreement Matrix is now a top-level tab with dimension/label filters, color-coded cells (Low/Moderate/High), clickable drill-through to Data Manager, and a Ground Truth column
• Removed: Agreement Distribution section and Include Model Predictions section (models are now included via the participant filter)
