Adds HomeLab Monitor to the CasaOS AppStore.
HomeLab Monitor is a self-hosted homelab dashboard that runs as a single Docker container. It shows per-container GPU/VRAM attribution (which container is actually holding the card), Docker container health, systemd service status, host vitals, and multiple machines over SSH.
