akjroller/README.md

Hi, I'm Kristopher Roller ๐Ÿ‘‹

You might also know me as akjroller or awakengaming83.

I'm a Call Center Operations Leader with a passion for automation. I like building practical tools that solve real problems, reduce manual work, improve visibility, and make day-to-day operations easier to manage.

My work sits at the intersection of:

  • Call center operations
  • Team leadership
  • Reporting and dashboards
  • Process improvement
  • Automation
  • Web apps and Discord bots

I like success to be measurable, and I enjoy turning repeated problems into cleaner systems.

๐Ÿš€ Featured Work

๐ŸŽฎ Diablo 4 Events Tracker (D4ET)

Diablo 4 Events Tracker is a completed Discord bot built for the Diablo 4 community.

D4ET provides real-time alerts for:

  • World Bosses
  • Helltides
  • Gathering Legion events

It uses Discord slash commands and embedded alerts to help players keep track of important in-game events directly inside their Discord servers.

D4ET has been live on over 3,500 Discord servers, serving more than 450,000 users, and has delivered over 17.5 million alerts.

๐Ÿ—บ๏ธ 50 States Challenge

A team gamification web app built for call center teams.

Agents mark states based on inbound caller locations, compete on leaderboards, and turn normal call volume into a friendly team engagement game.

This project combines:

  • Team culture building
  • Live leaderboards
  • Admin tools
  • Multi-team tracking
  • Practical workplace gamification

๐Ÿ“Š AUX 23 Reporting Tool

A Python reporting project designed to make Downtime AUX usage easier to review.

The goal is to take manually pulled Nextiva reports and turn them into cleaner weekly summaries by agent and Team Lead.

This project focuses on:

  • Reducing manual spreadsheet work
  • Improving reporting consistency
  • Supporting coaching conversations
  • Creating better operational visibility

๐Ÿงฐ What I Like Building

  • Reporting automation
  • Dashboards
  • Internal tools
  • Discord bots
  • Team engagement apps
  • Web apps that solve real problems
  • Tools that make coaching and operations easier

๐Ÿ’ก How I Think About Projects

I usually start with a real problem:

What is taking too much time?
What is hard to track?
What are people doing manually over and over?
What would make this easier to coach, explain, or measure?

Then I build toward a practical solution.

I care about clean workflows, clear data, measurable improvement, and tools that people actually want to use.
