My personal portfolio site showcases my leadership work, automation projects, technical tools, and case studies.

- Web apps that solve real problems
- Tools that make coaching and operations easier
I usually start with a real problem:
What is taking too much time?
What is hard to track?
What are people doing manually over and over?
What would make this easier to coach, explain, or measure?
Then I build toward a practical solution.
I care about clean workflows, clear data, measurable improvement, and tools that people actually want to use.
