Hmm, I'll have to investigate later why all CIs are failing. I ensured 3 times already that the lockfile is up-to-date, still erroring and build also works find locally. Very weird 🤔 |

This PR cleans up the documentation by structuring it clearly (docs and assets folders). It also uses Astro native features and Starlight plugins to achieve similar behaviour as before.
