The testplugin template's placeholder info-url pointed at an unrelated plugin's wiki page (AutoTrack-Raymarine/odraw1.6_pi). The catalog XMLs generated for v0.1.0.0-alpha1 were hand-patched at submission time; this puts the right value in plugin.xml.in so subsequent releases generate the correct <info-url> automatically.
