Added viewangles base stuff for future features like aimbot/silent aim, hoping someone else could do the work of finding the code patterns for windows. Viewangles are the same as shown from cl_showpos 1, values range from (90 to -90, 180 to -180, 0/irrelevant) (pitch or up/down, yaw or left/right, roll/irrelevant)
Maybe this PR could be where people contribute to make a fully working aimbot (related to comment in #4644)
