Proposed Changes:

• remove components migrated in feat: move Sentence Transformers from Haystack haystack-core-integrations#3443
• adapt docstring and tests to use OpenAI embedders instead (included in Haystack)
• remove several e2e tests: I replaced them with a comprehensive one living in Core Integrations
