The feature adds a prompt stacking mechanism via MCP.

  1. MCP Server: Implemented in Python using FastMCP. It has one tool add_to_stack(prompt) and one resource stack://pop (to comply with the 'only one tool' requirement while still allowing popping).
  2. Flow Step: Added 'Pop from Stack' step in the visual flow editor. It allows selecting an agent and, when executed, pops a prompt from the MCP stack and submits it to the agent.

Verification:

  • Manual verification of MCP RPC calls (tools/list, tools/call, resources/read) confirmed the proxy correctly aggregates and prefixes the new server's components.
  • Frontend verification via Playwright confirmed the new step appears correctly in the Flow editor UI.
  • All existing project tests passed.

This commit adds a new MCP server 'stack' that provides a tool to add prompts to a stack
and a resource to pop them. It also adds a new flow step 'Pop from Stack' that
retrieves the latest prompt from the stack and triggers an agent call.

Changes:
- Created _mcp_servers/stack-mcp/stack-mcp.py
- Updated mcp_config.json to register the new server
- Updated js/plugins/flows-plugin-step-definitions.js to include the new step type
