This is the companion PR of godotengine/godot#99986.
Do not merge until the main PR is merged.
I didn't find any section of the documentation that would become obsolete or require major additions whenever godot gets support for rendering with very large z-far.
However I found useful to suggest a handful of enhancements that clarify the links between z-buffer, large world coordinates, and large z-far.
As a side note, I realized that it may also be more consistent to move page
_doc_large_world_coordinatesto3Dsection (it's now inPhysics). Large world coordinates are more general than just physics as they also concern rendering. Happy to discuss this point too and update this PR if needed.
