Welcome to the AI Job Market Intelligence Dashboard repository! This project transforms complex, multidimensional labor market dynamics into accessible, narrative-driven visualizations that serve diverse stakeholders—from individual career transitioners to organizational strategists.
This intelligence platform is structured across 7 key architectural domains:
| Section | Description | Link |
|---|---|---|
| 1. Executive Summary & Vision | High-level project objectives, target audience use cases, and tool selection rationale. | 01_Executive_Summary.md |
| 2. Synthetic Dataset Architecture | In-depth breakdown of the proprietary probabilistic baseline, encompassing base salaries, industry verticals, and role matrices. | 02_Synthetic_Dataset_Architecture.md |
| 3. Dashboard Design & UX | The 4-act narrative structure of the interactive visualization, including global heat maps, role evolution timelines, and predictive skill forecasts. | 03_Dashboard_Design_and_UX.md |
| 4. Domain-Specific Insights | Breakdowns of core ML engineering tracks, the rapidly proliferating GenAI specialization space, and the emerging Agentic AI frontier. | 04_Domain_Specific_Insights.md |
| 5. Future-of-Work Intelligence | Supply/demand dynamics including geographic arbitrage patterns, tech talent pipelines, and automation displacement projections. | 05_Future_of_Work_Intelligence.md |
| 6. Technical Implementation | The structural composition of this repository, our CI/CD refresh pipelines, and both Python/Plotly and Tableau deployment strategies. | 06_Technical_Implementation.md |
| 7. Insights & Recommendations | Operational strategy frameworks such as transition viability scoring, organizational location strategy, and education modernization imperatives. | 07_Insights_and_Recommendations.md |
An interactive dashboard generated via Python and Plotly is available as a standalone HTML file in the dashboard/static_exports/ directory. This provides an exploratory view into role distributions, compensations, and timelines without requiring complex server infrastructure.
For data generation and chart reproduction, please see:

We encourage open discussion and PRs to expand the intelligence matrix! Please adhere to the structured methodology provided in the synthetic data architecture docs for any additions to the generative parameters.
