- added terraform support for IAC deployment
- using azurerm provider version "4.10.0", since log analytics workspace attached to app insights has a bug with state response
- using random string instead of unique string from resources
- added ignore changes for SPNID (just in case someone runs a tf run again)
- added gitignore to exclude terraform state and provider files
