I focus on building things that actually get used. I move fast, cut through unnecessary complexity, and prioritize execution and planning. Using Linear as my backbone, I structure ideas, break them down into actionable work, and move from concept to finished product as quickly as possible.
I've been developing websites and web systems since 2001, starting out using the WYSIWYG-editor Microsoft FrontPage but moving on to using Dreamweaver within about a year, learning by doing and building from scratch. Today, I mostly use OpenAI Codex as my prefered tool to work faster and smarter. It helps me remove friction, automate repetitive work, and accelerate development without getting stuck in details that don't create value.
I care about simple, scalable solutions and steady progress. I build things that are easy to maintain and grow without unnecessary complexity, focusing on momentum over perfection.
Ship, learn, improve, repeat.
