Cloud-to-cloud migration is the process of transferring data directly between two or more cloud storage services without downloading it locally. In this approach, data moves from a source cloud (such as Google Drive) to a destination cloud (such as Dropbox) through an intermediary tool or service like rclone or cloud APIs.

A Python script that updates rclone HTTP Remote configuration file (rclone.conf) with the latest URLs from specified websites using XPath, and notifies via Telegram if changes are detected.
