Batch 1 of HTTP→HTTPS migration for trimstray#3. Upgraded URLs: - ex-vi.sourceforge.net, hping.org, netcat.sourceforge.net - dest-unreach.org/socat, netsniff-ng.org, iptraf.seul.org - nmon.sourceforge.net, valgrind.org, brendangregg.com - inotify.aiken.cz, dtrace.org These are all tool/project homepages that support HTTPS.
